Miguel is very easy to talk to and work with. He understands what you need. His crew is very courteous, and they do a meticulous job. There were some delays brought about by the lock down during the pandemic and the designer, but they were not because of MT Builders. While waiting for the permits to be approved by the city, we also asked Miguel to install pavers in our backyard, build a bench and tile the wall.

Miguel is not only a very nice person who communicates on every facet of the work, but is very fair in pricing, and won’t nickel and dime you when there are minor problems or changes.
He has an excellent staff of around 5 long term employees, and his subcontractors have also been working for MT Builders for years. Unlike most contractors, his staff and subs are always on time (usually 20 minutes before they are allowed to start), and they show up as scheduled. His jobs are well protected, cleaned up daily, with minimum dust or impact to the rest of the house.
I met Miguel around 4 years ago, and they did a few minor repair jobs for me. Since then we have completed a major master bath remodel in 2021, a full kitchen redo in 2022, and just completed two other bathroom updates! All jobs have been on time and within budget…with the most recent work done in just over 3 weeks!
